We successfully acted for the husband in BI v EN, in which the High Court upheld the parties’ French marriage contract when determining the outcome of the wife’s financial remedies application.

We successfully represented the mother in A, B and C (Children: Nesting arrangement) [2022] EWCA Civ 68, in which the Court of Appeal dismissed the father’s challenge against an interim child arrangements decision made in ongoing Children Act proceedings in the High Court.

The judiciary have proposed controversial changes to financial remedy proceedings which seek to enhance the freedom of the press and limit the privacy of litigants.
